Our in-home consultations are the perfect option to start your renovation or new build with out spending thousands straight up.
Ashleigh will meet with you to personally discuss your ideas and get a clear understanding of your vision for your space and provide feedback on what is achievable and other possibilities. Once we have a thorough understanding of your goals, we will provide a budget proposal that provides you with a price guide, giving you a clear price indication for your renovation or new build before you invest in design and documentation.

Design & Build
Following your consultation, should you choose to move forward with us, we will offer you a quotation tailored to the design and documentation stage of your project. Transparency is paramount to us, so we will be forthcoming about our current schedule and provide you with a potential start date. It's crucial to recognise that each project is unique, and the planning and preparation of documentation can vary significantly. Depending on the scope of works and whether planning approval is required, this process can take upwards of 6 months. Rest assured, we are dedicated to ensuring that every aspect of your project receives the attention and time it deserves for successful execution.
Build Only
At Merge Building, we carefully consider all projects, taking various factors into account such as location, scope of works, budget, and timeframes. If your project aligns with our vision and schedule, or if you're flexible with start dates, we're ready to provide you with an engagement fee that outlines the terms of our collaboration. From the beginning, we're transparent about our approach—we don't participate in traditional tender processes.
